I&#39;ve eaten at this restaurant once in New York and it tasted good, so I came to try it when I saw it in Las Vegas. The burgers were very good, the patties were delicious, and the fries were moderate in size so there was no waste.

It is a rice one, but the restaurant week is its Liberty Room. The menu is not fooled at all, and it can be said that it is a classic dish with great care. The appetizers started with ladyfingers and chestnut soup with a variety of sauces, followed by fresh Scottish salmon fillet with cabbage and mini chestnut muffins. The scallops were large and generous, the meat was tender and sweet, and the chestnuts were plump. Except for the sauce being a little salty, everything else was well done. The chestnut and pear ice cream at the end was too sweet and would be better with tea. Overall, it was a very cost-effective meal.

The Four Seasons is about the southern end of the busy Strip and is where you usually go. That said, it&#39;s worth going to the restaurant for dinner. The pasta is delicious and handmade daily. The prices are frankly cheap for what you get (I won&#39;t tell the manager reading this to raise the prices!). Casual high end dining experience. The eskimo and pear desserts were delicious. I recommend both, not one or the other. We will definitely be back when we visit Las Vegas again.

The pies in this restaurant are very good and there are many varieties. The poached eggs in them are actually very delicious and fully cooked. The taste of the sauce is also more in line with Chinese taste. It is a good restaurant.
